День 1. Arrival in Kathmandu & Transfer to Your Hotel (1,4
Welcome to Nepal! Upon landing at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our friendly representative will greet you just outside the terminal with a placard bearing your full name. From there, you'll be transferred to your pre-booked hotel in the city. Take this time to relax and settle in after your flight.
In the afternoon, we’ll host a pre-trip briefing at our office, where you’ll meet your trekking guide or tour leader. This session is important for final preparations, so feel free to ask any questions about the trek. Please bring the following items to the meeting:
Your passport
2 passport-sized photos
A copy of your travel insurance policy (if not sent to us via email)
You'll also be asked to sign a legally binding trip agreement and a non-liability disclaimer form.
After the briefing, if time allows, you can explore one of Kathmandu’s cultural landmarks nearby. In the evening, head to Thamel, the lively tourist district known for its diverse restaurants and local shops. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your first Nepali dinner or try international cuisine before your adventure begins.
День 2. Guided Sightseeing in Kathmandu (World Heritage Si
After breakfast, your sightseeing tour of the Kathmandu valley will start. You will have a professional tour guide with a private vehicle. Today, you will visit the following cultural wonders of Kathmandu Valley:
Swambhunath Stupa/Monkey temple:
Is an ancient religious architecture atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley. Swayambhunath is among the oldest religious sites in Nepal. The Swayambhunath consists of a stupa and a variety of shrines and temples. A Tibetan monastery, museum, and library are more recent additions. And we can see 360 degree view of Kathmandu valley. This will be a good way to start your day with
Pashupatinath Temple:
Pashupatinath Temple is one of the most important and significant Hindu temples of Lord Shiva in the world. Located on the bank of the Holy Bagmati River near the airport. The major temple is strictly for Hindus only. Even though you are not allowed to go inside the main temple, you can clearly see the temple and the activities from the other bank of the river.
Boudhanath Stupa:
Another UNESCO World Heritage site, Boudhanath, is one of the holiest sites of the Kathmandu valley. It was built in the 5th century with pairs of eyes in all 4 directions, keeping an eternal watch over the people and their doings.
Patan Durbar Square:
City of Fine Arts Patan; The ancient royal palace of Patan faces on to magnificent Durbar Square. This concentrated mass of temples is perhaps the most visually stunning display of Newari architecture to be seen in Nepal. The historic monument which describes the oldest architecture of Nepal is Patan Durbar Square, Temple construction in the square went into overdrive during the Malla period (14th to 18th centuries),
Kathmandu Durbar Square:
After finished sightseeing in Patan on the way to your hotel, our driver will drop you to Kathmandu Durbar Square (only if you are staying at Thamel) from where you can walk back to Thamel through a narrow and oldest open street market of Asan. In Kathmandu durbar square you can see the following:
· Pagoda style temples which were made twelve to eighteen centuries
· An ancient royal palace with museum
· Kashthamandap (which named to the city as Kathmandu)
· Living Goddess Kumari
· Black Bhairava (God of death)
День 3. Scenic Flight to Lukla by Helicopter; Gentle Trek
Today begins with an early morning helicopter flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, providing spectacular aerial views of snow-capped peaks, deep valleys, and winding rivers. This comfortable flight avoids the delays often associated with fixed-wing flights and offers a smooth start to the adventure. Upon landing at Lukla, you will meet your trekking crew and prepare for your first trekking day. The trail to Phakding is gentle and mostly downhill, passing through pine forests, mani walls, suspension bridges, and small Sherpa settlements. This short walk helps your body adjust to the altitude. Overnight stay at a luxury lodge in Phakding.
День 4. Trek to Namche Bazaar (The Vibrant Sherpa Capital)
After breakfast, the trek continues along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges decorated with colorful prayer flags. You will pass through villages such as Bengkar and Monjo before entering Sagarmatha National Park, where permits are checked. The trail gradually ascends, offering occasional mountain views along the way. The final section involves a steady uphill climb that leads to Namche Bazaar, the economic and cultural center of the Everest region. Upon arrival, you can explore the lively town, known for its cafes, bakeries, and mountain shops. Overnight stay at a premium lodge in Namche Bazaar.
День 5. Rest & Acclimatization; Explore Local Markets and
This day is dedicated to acclimatization, which is essential for safe trekking at higher altitudes. After breakfast, you will take a short and easy walk around Namche Bazaar to help your body adapt naturally. You will visit local markets where traders from surrounding villages gather, as well as the Sherpa Culture Museum, which provides insight into the history, traditions, and mountaineering achievements of the Sherpa people. A walk to Namche View Point offers excellent views of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and other surrounding peaks. The afternoon is free for rest and relaxation. Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.
День 6. Trek to the Iconic Everest View Hotel & Visit the
Today’s trek follows a scenic high trail above Namche Bazaar, offering continuous views of the Himalayan range. The walk is relatively short and comfortable, allowing time to fully enjoy the surroundings. You will reach the famous Everest View Hotel, one of the highest-located luxury hotels in the world, known for its breathtaking views of Mount Everest. After spending time enjoying the scenery, the trek continues to Khumjung Village, a traditional Sherpa settlement with stone houses and farmland. Here, you can explore the local monastery and experience daily village life. Overnight stay at a luxury lodge near Everest View Hotel or Khumjung.
День 7. Helicopter Pickup from Everest View Hotel to Evere
This is the most memorable day of the journey. After breakfast, a helicopter will pick you up from the Everest View Hotel area for an incredible aerial journey over the Khumbu Glacier and Everest Base Camp. You will enjoy close views of some of the world’s highest peaks, including Mount Everest, Nuptse, and Lhotse. Weather permitting, the helicopter will land at Kala Patthar for 10 to 15 minutes, allowing time for photography and experiencing the high-altitude environment. After the landing, the helicopter flies directly back to Kathmandu, offering one final panoramic view of the Himalayas. Overnight stay at a luxury hotel in Kathmandu.

After returning from the Everest region, this day is set aside for rest and leisure in Kathmandu. You may choose to relax at your hotel, enjoy spa and wellness services, or explore popular shopping areas such as Thamel. Kathmandu’s markets offer a wide selection of handicrafts, traditional artwork, prayer flags, and souvenirs. This relaxed day allows you to unwind and reflect on the incredible experiences of the past week. Overnight stay at a luxury hotel in Kathmandu.

On your final day in Nepal, you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport according to your international flight schedule. Our team will assist with departure arrangements to ensure a smooth end to your journey. You depart with lasting memories of Himalayan landscapes, rich Sherpa culture, and a once-in-a-lifetime Everest Base Camp helicopter experience.
